The staff WAS helpful. The receptionists answered my questions. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The rooftop terrace offered good city views.

The gym is VERY small. I hoped for extended HOURS.

i got a really nice room. it had its own bluetooth sound system for music, i liked that feature (it was pretty neat!). the bed was very comfortable. the hotel facilities were great too, i enjoyed the spa and rooftop bar.

the gym needs more equipment. i would like to see more weight machines or a tower, not just cardio equipment. that is a minor thing though.

the hotel boasts high ceilings and a fine interior decoration, the space felt grand and airy. my bed felt comfortable, i fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. natural light flooded through large windows and created a cozy atmosphere within the workspace i used.

the shower pressure felt a little low, it made rinsing off a bit tedious.
